Q. What is your program?

Q. The realtor says I have no equity. What options do I have?

A. In today's Real Estate market, many homeowners find that, for a number of reasons, they have little to no equity in their homes. This can mean that they can't sell their home with a realtor without having to pay the 6-7% commission out of their pocket. Many times we can buy or lease these houses and help homeowners in this situation if they qualify. 

Q. My home needs lots of repairs. Do you buy fixer-upper properties?

Q. How soon can you buy my house?

A. That depends on you! Many times people are surprised when we ask them "When would you like us to close on your house?". Our programs allow us the flexiblity to close on your schedule, sometimes in as little as 3 days, depending on which program you choose.

Q. Should I list with a realtor?

This depends on what you hope to accomplish and how soon you want to sell your house. Sometimes it is your best option and we will tell you so. However many times it is not, and we can provide options that most Realtors can not. Be careful when signing a contract with a realtor, especially if you need to sell soon, the process can take 6-12 months, and may limit your options. Make sure you can get out of any contract you sign with a realtor if you are not happy with the service you receive.

Q. Are you just Realtors or Real Estate Agents who are trying to list my house?

Q. Can you really buy my home in 72 hours?
A. YES, if your property qualifies, you can have a firm purchase agreement within 72 hours of our meeting and inspection of your property. The sale can be completed once we get the final title work and the confirmation of all outstanding liens and encumbrances on your house.

Q. What types of houses do you buy?
A. We buy all types of real estate. Houses we have bought in the past have been from $50,000 to $750,000. Many were in good condition and requiring no repairs, while others needed significant repairs. All these factors and more are used in determining whether your property will qualify.
